IES Co. Ltd as crewing agency and crew management was established in 1989 by Capt. Wiktor Glodkowski . It is under his management presently.

Within time of agency activity we supplied crew for all kinds of cargo vessels and widely for all kinds of offshore units belonging to well known owners in the offshore industry like Bourbon, Seacor, Tidewater ect. With this kind of service we have been busy since 1995.

Our office is situated in the heart of Warsaw with full access to assorted embassies and central airport . Having visa department managed by long experienced employee makes visa arrangements quick and easy.
Our staff consists of 5 higly experienced in crewing business employees where each one has been long time with our agency.

We provide employment of differen nationalities, starting from Polish but also Ukrainian , Russian , from Baltic Republics , Czech Republic ,Slovakia, Croatia and Montenegro. Majority of staff empoyed through our office letely they are top rank officers. We are always looking for new challanges.
